All reservations require to be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
No deposit is required and our cancellation policy is 48 hours. Should a reservation be cancelled within 48 hours of arrival an amount equivalent to the first nights room charge will be made unless we are able to re-sell the room at the same rate.

We can accommodate children under 16 years of age in fold down beds when sharing a room at a cost of $38 per night to include accommodation and full breakfast.



Due to the age and historic nature of our buuilding and to aid your relaxation and rest, our rooms do not have televisions or telephones.
Whilst we will do our very best to facilitate an early check in or late check out, our check in time is 3pm and check out 11am.

We can accommodate pets in a number of our rooms at a charge of $28 for dogs. Please enquire for more details.

On some weekends in high season a two night minimum applies and where this is the case there will be a premium for a single night stay. Please enquire with the Inn for more details.

Spectacular sunrises and sunsets combine with great cuisine and service to create just some of the reasons to enjoy a stay at the Robert Morris Inn. Glorious views out over this historic town and to the River and Bay beyond are broken only by diving Osprey and migrating wildfowl. Ours is a truly historic experience and our Inn is rich with period features throughout feeding body and soul, reconnecting with nature, our history and the environment.
We do not have televisions and telephones in our rooms.
We have free parking and complete WIFI covereage throughout the Inn.
Each guest room floor has a complimentary 24 hour refreshment service.
We have two free electrical vehicle charging stations.

Our rates are for two persons sharing, per room, per night including accommodation, full Maryland "Country Breakfast", mineral water and ice in-room.

Large rooms, original to the main house of 1710. Rich with period features, with seating areas and all have water views.
