Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gifts Cards at The Robert Morris Inn & Salter's Tavern

Gift Cards may be redeemed against any goods and services: packages, cookery demonstration lunches, wine dinners, shop, wine pairing dinners and much more!

The following terms and conditions shall apply to the Robert Morris Inn Gift Card (the "Card"). By their purchase and use of the Card, the purchaser and/or cardholder hereby agree as follows:

1 The Card may only be used for purchases at The Robert Morris Inn & Salter's Tavern - any services and any time.

2 Gratuity cannot be covered by the funds on the Card

3 The Card can be purchased for any agreed value and will carry balances of the same amount

4 Cards may be part redeemed as often as desired until such time as the full value on the Card is used. On partial use and upon request we will inform you of the balance outstanding

5 The Card is not redeemable for cash. If the value of the Card is less than the value of the items purchased, the cardholder must provide an additional payment in order to complete the purchase

6 Please safeguard this Card. If the Card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, only the balance then remaining on the Card will be reissued and only so long as an original receipt is presented

7 The Card will expire five years from the date it was purchased

The use of this Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any terms or conditions above deemed unenforceable shall be severable and the remaining terms and conditions enforceable. Enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be governed under the laws of the State of Maryland as if purchase of the Card were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the state of Maryland.
