ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS
Payment taken on day of arrival
Welcome envelope for guests on arrival
containing sanitized room key, directions to room, emergency number
and payment receipt.
Customers temperature tested on check-in.
We have screens in our office and at our bar, should you prefer to communicate directly.
We do not enter your room during your stay, we leave a care pack with additional towels and other necessary items.
You deposit your key in a box on departure.
Magazines and books have been removed from the rooms
Each room has a target 50 hour gap between guest
reservations.
We use a santizer fogging service in each room, once a month.
Our safer cleaning procedures are built around the principle of deep clean first followed by sanitizing
DINING RESERVATIONS
Customers are temprature tested on arrival at the Tavern.
Name and contact telephone number are taken for all walkin customers for COVID tracing purposes. These records are maintained for one month and then destroyed.
Employees are temperature tested before each service and have received COVID operating procedure training.
We ask guests to wear a mask when moving around our property and visiting restrooms. If you do not have a mask, we can provide a disposable one free.
All hard surfaces are COVID cleaned between each customer use and throughout service.
We are required to wear masks at all times
For your protection we do not use Gloves, they cross contaminate. We wash our hand frequently and thoroughly.
Tables have been positioned in compliance with Federal guidelines. Do not move tables or chairs!
Servers will present your check and ask if you want to sign it or have them close it for you. Credit cards are sanitized before returning.
Menus are laminated and sanitized between guest uses.
Please maintain a distance of 6ft

In this emerging era of contactless service and a little less hospitality, both we and our customers appreciate patience and forbearance whilst we adapt to these unusual times.
We review State and County requirements and regulations on a daily basis and will amend our procedures accordingly.
