I have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years. I began my career in the kitchen as a dishwasher and worked my way to the top as executive chefs for many restaurants up and down the East Coast.
I have worked with some fabulous chefs such as Mark Salter as well as many others over the years. I have been involved in the grand opening of many restaurants as well. In Talbot County alone, I helped to open Out of The Fire and General Tanuki's.

My Style of cooking ranges from many regions around the world. I can prepare gourmet meals for 300 guests to an intimate dinner party for 2. I am also extremely versatile in catering. I have planned and executed weddings, corporate events and any function for up to 500 guests with the last plate delivered as beautiful as the first plate.

I can't wait to meet all of our guests as I prepare for the wonderful culinary opportunity in the Town of Oxford.

  • Open 5pm through 9pm Friday and Saturday

The Tavern - Slate flag floors, old red brick walls, timber beams & panelling and roaring fires. A great space for casual dining, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations are generally not required, however it is advisable to book ahead for weekends in season. A firm favourite with locals, boaters and visitors.

Dining Room and Tred Avon - Historic and elegant and perfect for a more formal occasion for a private party.

Patio, Veranda and River Terrace - wonderful outdoor spaces perfect for casual dining and maginificent in Spring, Summer and Fall.

Your home - contact us with your Catering requirements from intimate dinner parties in your home to weddings.

Any customers or guests of customers must advise the Inn of any allergies, prior to arrival. It is only by this means that we can complete the necissary checks to ensure that suitable options are available. Should allergies or preferences be medically required will be unable to assist. Our kitchens do not have seperate areas for the preparation of individual food groups, such as to prevent cross contamination and we are unwilling to accept supplier ingredient listings as a single means of ensuring that contaminates are not present. In these curcumstance we do permit such guests to bring their own prepared food items.

Where ever possible we use organic produce and do not use genetically modified ingredients.
