Starring celebrity Master Chef Mark Salter and . . . . . you!
Canapes and a four-course gourmet food and wine matching menu, as selected by Mark Salter and Ian Fleming. Mark will be cooking various elements of the menu to the audience, and a few lucky guests will be able to do some "one on one" cooking with the Chef himself.
Individual tables in our main dining room with our new demonstration kitchen. Each evening starts at 7pm with canapes and selected wines.
$140 per person exclusive of tax and gratuity
