An evening with Barboursville Wines with Chef Salter's outstanding food pairings. Through the years, the Barboursville Winery has led in establishing the credibility of the Virginia appellation with an array of vitis vinifera wine varietals, cultivating wines of a European heritage which wholly justify this new terroir. Wines of the Barboursville Winery presented by winemaker Luca Paschina with special food pairings by celebrity Chef Mark Salter.
